Here is the sketching plan for July 2018. We meet Friday mornings at 9AM (see notes below), but feel free to come and go as needed.
Bring your own sketchbook and drawing materials. Beginners and experienced sketchers welcome. No fee.
We will sketch outdoors, so bring your sketchbook, drawing materials, a small folding chair, drinking water, and hat or sunscreen. If the weather looks crummy in the morning, check http://www.facebook.com/uncommonarthudson/ for an indoor location.

Meet at the chapel
Use the MAPLE Street entrance. Maple St intersects Market S. just west of downtown Akron. There are “Glendale Cemetery Detour” signs. You will turn left off Maple onto Glendale. Entrance is at bottom of hill, turn right, meet at the Chapel.

They open at 9, but need a few minutes to turn on lights and get ready for the day, so get there a little after 9.
They have a small parking lot or you can park in the city deck.
